"Then, in my late 20’s, I was super motivated to get into the best shape of my life. I began working out intensely 6 days a week. I was all in, I was following a strict healthy diet plan (all whole foods, drinking water, no processed food) and everyone around me noticed my unshakable strength and the incredible results that followed. After I had followed this and had seen amazing results I decided to cap off the end with this intense 25-day diet that promised to 'fat blast any remaining problem areas'. Well that promise was enough for me to commit to whatever the requirements were for these 25 days. The plan consisted of a 5-day repeating cycle which included 4-days of specific foods to eat and 1 day of complete fasting with only water.
